MISUA KUAH AYAM

Bahan


1 sdm minyak sayur
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 liter air
4 blok kaldu ayam
1 sdm kecap manis
100 g misua kering
75 g kailan muda, potong-potong

Aduk rata:
100 g daging ayam cincang
½ blok MAGGI KALDU AYAM
2 butir telur ayam, kocok

Pelengkap: daun bawang iris, bawang merah goreng.



Cara membuat :


Tumis bawang putih hingga kuning. Tuangi 1 liter air, masukkan MAGGI KALDU AYAM dan kecap manis, didihkan.
Masukkan adonan daging telur sesendok demi sesendok, rebus hingga mengapung.
Tambahkan misua dan kailan, didihkan. Angkat. Sajikan bersama Pelengkapnya
